“ Really love this spot! Their food, drinks, and dessert are all really tasty! My husband and I came here for lunch around 11:15am on a Saturday. We found street parking. We were able to place our order and find seating inside. Plenty of tables and really nice casual ambiance. Service is really friendly! Food: + island combo plate - my husband really enjoyed this! Came with rice pancit, inihaw ribs were his favorite, Longanisa was really tasty, lumpia was crispy and delicious, shrimp was also great! + I got the pork sinigang soup special and it came with rice and pancit. Very delicious soup and I appreciated the meat pieces were tender and lean with plenty of veggies! + mango juice + Ube milk cake - omg so good! Overall, we'll definitely be back to try their other items! 10/10 would recommend! ”
“ This was my first time eating at CheBogz. I felt it went smoothly and the food we ordered came out pretty quickly, was plated well, and tasted really good. It was a plus that the restaurant had some people eating there, but there wasn't a long line to place our order and it wasn't too crowded where it was difficult to get seating right away for my party of 4. Another bonus: On a Sunday around 2pm, parking wasn't a challenge this time either. Heads up that you have to get your own utensils, condiments, and bus your own table. I like how they call you by your first name and deliver your food to you. There is also a free water station if you don't want to spend extra money to buy drinks. All of these factors and overall hassle-free first-time experience came together in a positive way, which is why I feel I can give it 5 stars. If you are jonesing for traditional, casual filipino food in a clean and nicely decorated environment, try CheBogz. I think you'll like it! ”
“ Once of the top places to check out in Seattle and I don't regret checking out this spot! So much variety in the dish selection! Customer service is top notch and very friendly! Again, felt like home! I ordered Chicken Adobo and soooo good! Had a quick bite of the pancit and lumpia and just taste like a mom's cooking! “ This spot has very quick service and tasty food! We ordered at the counter and then chose our own seats. There's a counter with self-serve water and sauces. The sauce, oh my, it was so good. It's a vinegar-based sauce that I really enjoyed. Eat it with any of your dishes you order. We got the tofu inihaw and sisig - both flavorful and enhanced with the sauce. I need to come back and try their fried fish. A very lovely local restaurant that is well known in the community. ”
“ Easy ordering at the counter, friendly service, seating is available! Even for a bigger party, they have one large table you can grab if you come early. Gets pretty busy during lunchtime, but food doesn't take too long to come out. Street parking, pretty easy to find parking in the neighborhood nearby if you're willing to walk. Bang silog: deep fried milkfish with garlic rice and 2 eggs, their bangus is pretty tasty and crispy! So good dipped in vinegar and some green sauce Pork silog: tasty pork, especially mixed with rice, make sure to put lemon on your pancit and sisig. Imo not super worth it to pay more for the sizzling platter, still good on a regular plate! Tofu silog: love that they have vegetarian Filipino dishes for my veg friends to try! I've been told this was delish! ”

My last experience in Beacon Hill at a modern Filipino dining establishment was so disappointing and Chebogz is redeeming this part of the neighborhood for this cuisine. Despite my meal being served lukewarm to cool (easy fix), the flavor profiles hit. My kare kare was an Excellently modernized, meaty version of the traditional recipe. I am already looking forward to this being my go to dish here. ”
“ Beacon Hill has a few cute places to eat... one of them being CheBogz, a Filipino restaurant. You order at the counter and you bus your own tables. They have quite a varied menu of beef, pork, chicken and tofu dishes. There are specials like congee and soup too. I ordered the Island combo plate which was $17 and came with ribs, breaded butterfly shrimp, 2 lumpia's and a sausage. There was also rice and pancit. It was a lot of food and I was pretty full after. The ribs were flavorful and I think this might be the best lumpia I've ever had. I liked the self serve sauces, but wish I could have put it on more things. I also got a calamansi juice which def had a lot of sugar, but it was delicious. They have a couple dessert options including halo halo, but we decided to get dessert somewhere else. The girl irking the cash register and bringing the food out was very nice and the food came out quickly. We found parking easily on a Sat night and the place was pretty full. ”
“ 4.3/5 Have been wanting to try here since the were a food truck. Just moved a half mile down the road and finally got the chance! Ambiance - a nice mom and pop feel. A lot of Filipino/island influences in the decor. A wrap around high top counter near the window with 5-6 tables in the middle. Service - really friendly and greeted when I walked in. I was taking a minute to decide and worker asked if I had any questions. I was also so impressed at how FAST the food came out. I ordered an ube milk cake and by the time I sat down and took 2 bites after ordering, my food came out! Great place to get in and get out if you're in a hurry. Food - food was delicious! I decided to order something different than I normally do when eating Filipino food so I ordered the sigsig. It was well marinated and the onions were grilled lightly so that they still had a little crunch and soaked up the marinade like little flavor crystals. Pancit was a little on the bland side but still enjoyable. Ube milk cake was also good but had more of a chocolate/oreo forward taste. Will be back to try other menu items! ”
“ My husband and I finally got to check out this place last week and we were excited to support a local business! We got the island combo, which has lumpia, longganisa, ribs, shrimp, and pancit, and the sisig plate. We also got their flan for dessert. Most of the individual items were not bad. I think if you're looking for a decent Filipino dish and you're in the area, this is not a bad option. However, I wouldn't say that you should drive to Seattle for this spot. The sisig was flavorful, but lacked that sizzle that you want and expect from a traditional sisig. The longganisa seemed generic. The pancit had enough flavor but wasn't special. I didn't like the ribs at all. You get the idea. The place is cute and cozy and the service is decent. Would I go back? Maybe, just to see if things will get better but not anytime soon. ”
